Bernadette Maurer is an experienced photographer currently based in Yass, NSW (Australia).

Her award winning photographic work spans a variety of styles including color and black & white photography, whilst incorporating digital processing skills such as cross processed color, digital infrared and various other applications. Bernadette specialises in wedding and event photography, and landscape works.

Born in Beechworth, Victoria, Bernadette started in photography at the age of 18 with a group of friends and the purchase of a second hand Yashica SLR. Today her work has received national and international recognition.

In wedding and event photography Bernadette aims to provide an affordable photographic journal of the special day, capturing both the emotion, the candid and the fun while ‘keeping things casual’.

Her landscapes cover the wide expanses of Australia and venturing further abroad at any opportunity with stunning outcomes of a time and place never to be visited again.
